XiangRui

XiangRui is a character brand inspired by the fusion of traditional Chinese lion dance culture and the elegant aesthetics of Baba Nyonya heritage. The twin lion characters, Xiang ( ) and Rui ( ), symbolise good fortune, prosperity, harmony, and blessings. Their design incorporates the soft pastel colours and distinctive geometric patterns found in Peranakan tiles, creating a fresh and contemporary interpretation of a traditional cultural icon. Through a collection of functional and collectible merchandise, XiangRui aims to celebrate Malaysia's multicultural identity while making traditional culture more approachable, engaging, and meaningful for younger generations in their everyday lives.
