CULTURAL CREATIVE DESIGN
Rooted in traditional culture — ethnicity, religion, intangible cultural heritage, and local ecological elements — reimagined through contemporary design sensibility.
CATEGORY A
Cultural elements as story — focusing on natural ecology, cultural characteristics, cuisine, and everyday living environments, brought to life through AI-assisted filmmaking.
AI VIDEO PRODUCTION
CATEGORY B
CULTURAL TOURISM & ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
Public environmental spaces as canvas — outdoor sculptures, installations, and interior design that transforms cultural identity into immersive physical experiences.
CATEGORY C
A.1 Cultural Concept Brief
Introduce the cultural meanings and the creative concept driving your work.
A.2 Main IP Character Design
Create a unique character or visual identity adaptable for product integration.
A.3 Cultural Product Development
Integrate creativity with physical objects to generate tangible cultural products.
B.1 Creative Concept Brief
Introduce the video's promotional purpose and overall creative direction.
B.2 Duration
Videos must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length.
C.1 Creative Concept Brief
Introduction to the overall design and creative vision.
C.2 Digital Renderings
Minimum 3 visual renders showing the work in real environment context.
C.3 Materials & Craftsmanship
Description of materials, production methods, and construction techniques.

ELIGIBILITY
Who Can Enter
i. Limited to ages 16 to 30 (calculated from the birth year to the current year).
ii. Registration can be done as an individual or as a group/team (2 or more people).
iii. Must have a school/higher education institution as the participating unit qualification (within 3 years after graduation).

Modern Technology Welcome
Use of AI tools, contemporary materials, and modern production techniques is encouraged as a key objective for creating cultural IP with a contemporary sensibility.
All winning works receive production incubation support — subsidies determined by production costs — to bring designs to life as market-ready cultural products.
Production Incubation
Free registration and entry. Participants must meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the entry regulations.
i. Theme core: Must be based on any intangible cultural heritage or traditional culture.
ii. Creative elements: Cultural totems, colors, shapes, and traditional food must be utilized as the creation topic (referred to as "cultural symbols").
iii. Content requirement: All designs must align strictly with the authentic meaning of traditional cultural elements.
