Review these rules before submitting your work.

i) Authenticity of Information

All participant information must be true and accurate. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found providing false or fabricated information.

ii) Compliance with Rules

Participants must agree to accept and comply with all notices and regulations of this event. In the event of any violation, the Organizer may disqualify the participant or revoke their award, and reserves all rights regarding any actions that disrupt this event.

iii) Promotional Use

Submitted artworks will automatically become part of the Organizer's promotional content and materials for this event.

iv) Winner Obligations

Winners must comply with and cooperate with the Organizer’s "Project Incubation and Implementation" procedures. Winners are also obligated to assist and participate in the Organizer's "Award Ceremony" and "Cultural Exhibition & Promotion Fair."

vi) Final Judgment & Dispute Resolution

The judging results and final scores fall strictly within the Organizer's authority. Participants shall not raise objections or engage in any behavior that damages the Organizer's reputation. The Organizer reserves all rights to pursue legal action.

v) Right of Final Interpretation

The Organizer reserves the right of final decision and interpretation for all "Terms" and "Rules." Participants must fully recognize that the Organizer holds final decision-making power.
