Kadazan- Huminodun

Huminodun is a heritage-inspired character IP based on the legendary heroine of the Kadazan-Dusun community in Sabah, Malaysia. The design reinterprets this cultural icon into a contemporary collectible character that appeals to modern audiences while preserving its cultural significance. Inspired by the Kaamatan Festival, traditional Kadazan attire, the Sigah headgear, and indigenous decorative motifs, the character embodies the values of gratitude, resilience, and cultural identity. Through collectible merchandise and creative product applications, Huminodun aims to promote Sabah's rich indigenous heritage, inspire cultural appreciation among younger generations, and encourage the preservation of the unique traditions and identity of the Kadazan-Dusun community.
