"CHAO GUO" brings Malaysia's traditional Teochew Ang Tao Kueh to life through a playful family of original IP characters. In Teochew culture, Ang Tao Kueh is a meaningful symbol of longevity, happiness, prosperity, and blessings, often prepared during festivals and family celebrations. Inspired by this cherished Nanyang heritage, we transformed the iconic red peach cake into lovable characters, each with a unique personality, authentic local flip-flops, and a traditional wooden mold that reflects Teochew craftsmanship. By combining cultural heritage with contemporary design and lifestyle products, "CHAO GUO" aims to make Teochew culture more approachable, engaging, and relevant for younger generations while sharing warmth, joy, and good fortune with everyone.
