Onde Wonders

"Si Onde" is the cheerful, wide-eyed mascot at the heart of the Kuih Gang universe — a character brought to life from one of Malaysia's most beloved traditional treats, the onde-onde. Designed with the intention of celebrating and preserving local heritage, Si Onde takes a humble kuih and transforms it into a contemporary cultural icon, full of personality and charm. Through playful storytelling paired with Baba-Nyonya-inspired aesthetics — drawing on the rich visual language of Peranakan culture — Si Onde serves as a bridge between generations, helping to connect younger audiences with Malaysia's deep and vibrant culinary traditions in a way that feels fresh, fun, and relevant today.
